The position of Journeyman Electrician at Baker Electric is a vital role responsible for supporting the construction and successful completion of electrical projects. This is a union position, and compensation along with benefits are governed by the local I.B.E.W. union standards. The Journeyman Electrician will be involved in various aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and managing work to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget. The role requires a highly skilled professional who can oversee and guide the workforce efficiently, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols as well as customer specifications. The Journeyman will also play an essential part in training and developing the team through Baker Electric's comprehensive training programs, fostering continuous professional growth and skill enhancement among employees.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating equipment and material delivery, maintaining quality control, and ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and procedures. The position also demands availability for overnight travel to various job locations as required.
