The role of Service Greeter | Lot Attendant at Jim Click Jeep is an essential position within the bustling service department. Job Duties

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Maintain the overall appearance of new and used vehicles
  • Drive vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as needed
  • Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and organized
  • Provide transportation for customers
  • Be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents to a manager
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
