Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Strong communication skills
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

Providing quality customer service to all vehicles
Knowledge of in vehicle technology (setting Bluetooth etc.)
Hold a high standard of work and customer service
Brand knowledge on all Toyota products
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures
Understand the proper disposal procedures
Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel
Ensure all vehicles are dry and vacuumed prior to the customer picking up vehicle
Perform nightly/daily cleaning task
Any other task assigned by manager
