By fostering an environment centered on teamwork and mentorship, the dealership ensures that each staff member feels supported and empowered to achieve their full potential. This core belief in talent development results in numerous career growth opportunities, making it an ideal workplace for those eager to cultivate a long-term career in the automotive industry.

This particular role offers an hourly compensation of $18, reflecting the company’s commitment to recognizing the value of its employees. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role mandates that no dirty vehicle leaves the premises, underscoring the company’s pledge to delivering top-tier service. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the upkeep of the work environment, including clearing driveways and sidewalks as needed to maintain both safety and aesthetic appeal. This job also entails driving vehicles around the service area and parking lots to ensure operational efficiency.

An essential component of the role is supporting the Alternate Transportation department by helping to stage vehicles and guarantee their availability for clients, thereby enhancing overall service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication with clients, co-workers, and vendors alike. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must, as is the ability to maintain poise and professionalism in a results-driven setting. Mercedes-Benz of Westminster not only offers a competitive salary but also provides a comprehensive benefits package. Paid holidays and vacation time after one year contribute to a balanced work-life experience. Their 401(k) plan includes an impressive 50% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions, underlining their investment in employees’ futures. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are offered to meet various health needs. Employees enjoy special perks, including team member auto purchase discounts, parts and service discounts, and frequent team appreciation events such as catered lunches and community involvement opportunities.
