The role of Service Drive Porter at Land Rover Hinsdale is integral to ensuring an efficient and pleasant service experience for customers. The Service Drive Porter is responsible for managing the flow of vehicles through the service drive, moving cars as needed to accommodate incoming vehicles and support the overall service process. The porter assists the Concierge team by greeting customers, checking vehicles in, and supporting daily operational tasks like printing appointment sheets and vehicle history reports.

Working closely with the Concierge and shop foremen, the Service Drive Porter aims to get as many vehicles on the Active Reception rack as possible, facilitating swift and smooth workflow. This role is a stepping stone toward advancement opportunities within the dealership, including positions such as Concierge and Service Advisor.
