This pivotal role involves managing the Service Greeter and Lot Valet teams to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive to the delivery of their serviced vehicle. The Service Drive Manager acts as a liaison between customers and the Service Manager, facilitating clear and timely communication to guarantee the satisfactory delivery of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership setting and possess comprehensive knowledge of automotive services. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ service drive experience
- Automotive dealership experience
- Knowledge of Tekion software is a plus
- Organized and friendly personality
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees first initial contact with service customers
- Manages the Service Greeters and Lot Valets to ensure customers are greeted promptly
- Ensures productive communication between company personnel and customers is performed in a timely manner to maintain accurate documentation and ensure procedures are followed
- Oversees communication of Service Greeters and Lot Valets with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Oversees the delivery of vehicles to service customers
- Maintains current product knowledge
- Assists Service Greeters and Lot Valets as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
