The role we are currently offering involves a customer-focused position that requires dedication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in creating a superior customer experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, assisting with the service write-up process, safely transporting vehicles within our premises, and supporting the quick lube department by helping with service documentation and promoting necessary services. Additionally, you will assist with coordinating shuttle transportation for customers, managing service department calls, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor throughout your daily duties.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.50, which is commensurate with experience. Along with the base pay, employees are eligible for recurring performance-based bonuses known as spiffs. This role is full-time with a probationary period of 90 days, after which an extensive benefits package becomes available. Our benefits include 40 hours of front-loaded paid time off to help you achieve work-life balance and medical and dental coverage with 75 percent of the premium paid by the employer.
