Job Duties
- Prepares meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, ribs, sushi, and sliced meats and cheeses
- Packages and labels food items accurately
- Assembles take-and-bake pizzas
- Follows recipes and portion controls precisely
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area
- Ensures compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Collaborates with team members to meet production goals
