Job Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or automotive industry
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Ensure daily inventory of tech time is consistently sold by efficiently distributing work
- Provide concierge-level service by carrying out "above and beyond" assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer
- Coordinate with service technicians and management to optimize workflow
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and appearance
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and concerns
- Support team members to achieve service goals
