Job Requirements

  • Eighteen years of age or older
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Capacity for problem solving and the ability effectively handle multiple priorities with high level of organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
  • Full-time availability including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
  • Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
  • Valid drivers license with no suspensions within the past year
  • Drivers under 21 must have maintained a drivers license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • Eighteen years of age or older

  • Capacity for problem solving and handling multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use basic computer applications and learn proprietary DMS software
  • Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year
  • Drivers under 21 must have maintained license for minimum 3 years and complete Lucid training
  • Preferred experience in luxury retail
  • Preferred experience in automotive
  • Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems and EV powertrains
  • Experience in start-up or fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priorities
  • Manage open service tasks and due bills ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Contact customers proactively to verify concerns and schedule appointments while logging all activities
  • Manage and facilitate loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests including arranging Lyft rides
  • Generate work order pre-writes capturing customer concerns and obtaining necessary signatures
  • Assist service advisors during vehicle check-in by conducting walkthroughs, completing intake forms and reporting damages
