The Server role at Neiman Marcus is integral to upholding the brand's esteemed reputation for superior customer service and hospitality. This position is located onsite in Atlanta, Georgia (zip code 30326) and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.53 to $26.91. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating an inviting and professional dining experience for guests by delivering attentive and gracious service in accordance with Neiman Marcus’ high standards. This includes expertly managing an assigned seating section, providing detailed knowledge of the menu, beverages, and service processes, and maintaining a polished and hygienic appearance. The ideal candidate will be motivated, results-driven, and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. You will engage with customers using your deep understanding of food, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring each guest feels valued and receives impeccable service.
In addition to serving duties, you will participate in daily pre-shift meetings to stay informed, adhere to established accounting and POS procedures for smooth transaction processing, and execute routine operational duties such as cleaning and organizing your workstation. Physical demands include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds, emphasizing the physical stamina required for this position. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the business needs of the restaurant.
