Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Concierge to join their thriving service department. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $16 per hour, designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy direct customer interaction. The Service Concierge plays a crucial role in the consumer service experience by being the first point of contact in the service lane, greeting customers as they arrive, and managing the flow of vehicles through the service process. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a professional demeanor to ensure that customers feel welcomed and informed every step of the way.

In this role, the Service Concierge will assist in the initial write-up for service appointments, verify vehicle service needs, and review contact preferences to streamline communication. The position also includes the responsibility to answer customer questions, explain the service process clearly, and provide timely updates while their vehicle is being serviced. Additionally, the Service Concierge is tasked with safely parking and retrieving vehicles within the service bays and surrounding areas, managing the flow of vehicles in service stalls and lanes, and maintaining a clean and organized service drive. Coordination with the service advisor is essential to ensure key tasks are tracked, vehicles are cleaned appropriately, and any customer requests are handled efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time hours

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet customers immediately as they pull into the service lane
  • Assist with the initial write-up, verify vehicle needs, and review contact preferences
  • Answer questions, explain the service process, and provide updates while the vehicle is in the shop
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles from the service bays
  • Manage vehicles flow in our service stalls, service lanes, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot
  • Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
  • Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
  • Moving cars and keeping the service drive clean
