This role is offered as a full-time position with compensation of $18 per hour plus bonus opportunities, which translates to an expected annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $42,000. The Service Concierge position is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service as they interact with the dealership's service department. This role involves assisting customers with courtesy loaner and rental vehicles, handling payments efficiently and with professionalism, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and colleagues alike.
As a Service Concierge at BMW of San Diego, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, supporting the smooth operation of the service department by managing key logistics related to courtesy vehicles. This role requires a balance of technical expertise with customer service skills to provide a seamless experience from vehicle check-out and check-in to processing payments and reconciling funds. Your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain the dealership’s high standards in tracking vehicle condition and availability, ensuring that all loaner and rental transactions comply with company, third-party, manufacturer, and legal policies.
