Job Duties
- greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- assist customers with courtesy loaner and rental vehicle check-out and return
- process service payments efficiently and accurately including cash, check, and credit card transactions
- maintain proper documentation and reconcile dealership deposits
- monitor loaner vehicle inventory and condition
- collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure smooth customer experience
- charge for damages, tickets, or tolls related to loaner vehicles as needed
