Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of concierge/receptionist/cashier experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Act as the single point of contact for client sales and service inquiries
- Handle inbound client calls promptly and professionally
- Liaise between clients and dealerships to provide excellent service
- Return all voice mail and email messages in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients and dealers to resolve issues
- Understand and respect client communication preferences
- Interact with all internal and external departments
- Serve as backup cashier
- Perform additional duties as assigned
