We are currently seeking a Service Concierge to join our expanding team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales and service inquiries, acting as a liaison between clients and the dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working with customers, ensuring that each interaction promotes trust, empathy, and satisfaction. Starting at $17 per hour, the position offers a range of rich benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, among other perks.

The Service Concierge will be responsible for managing inbound client communications, addressing inquiries and concerns related to sales and service with professionalism and attentiveness.
