Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome customers and make them feel at home in the service lounge
- Proactively offer and serve complimentary coffee, beverages, and snacks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer waiting area
- Assist customers with Wi-Fi, charging stations, shuttle arrangements, or other conveniences
- Provide updates on service status and address questions with a positive attitude
- Ensure every customer leaves with a memorable, five-star experience
