The Service Concierge connects customers with the appropriate dealership team members to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery.
The role requires a high level of organization and interpersonal skill to manage multiple tasks effectively, including answering the telephone switchboard, entering customer information accurately into the sales control system, and supporting dealership events and service rush hours. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Service Concierge also works collaboratively with sales and service teams, often during non-traditional hours, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to providing top-tier customer interactions.

Employees benefit from a range of company-sponsored programs, including health care options such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k savings and retirement plan with company match, and ongoing training tailored to individual growth. This role represents a critical bridge between customers and the dealership, playing a significant role in maintaining our reputation as one of the best automotive dealerships to work for and ensuring each visitor to Crevier MINI receives a world-class experience.
