No previous experience is required, and the position provides on-the-job training to prepare new hires for success immediately. As a team member at Taco Bell, your primary responsibilities will revolve around greeting customers, taking and preparing orders efficiently, managing payments, and ensuring that all food items are prepared to the high standards Taco Bell is known for. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, so physical stamina and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential.
Shifts are available in the afternoon and evening hours, specifically 2PM-9PM, 3PM-11PM, and 4PM-12AM from Monday through Sunday, giving flexibility to fit different lifestyle needs. Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds)
- must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands throughout the shift
