This role is for a Taco Bell Team Member who plays a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service and tasty food to every guest. No previous experience is required, and the position provides on-the-job training to prepare new hires for success immediately. Employees in this position can start as soon as the next day, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the workforce quickly or gain experience in the food service industry.

As a team member at Taco Bell, your primary responsibilities will revolve around greeting customers, taking and preparing orders efficiently, managing payments, and ensuring that all food items are prepared to the high standards Taco Bell is known for. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, so physical stamina and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential.

Shifts are available in the afternoon and evening hours, specifically 2PM-9PM, 3PM-11PM, and 4PM-12AM from Monday through Sunday, giving flexibility to fit different lifestyle needs. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds)
  • must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and address questions
