The role of Service Center Manager at Ivy Lane Corp is a dynamic blend of technical expertise and management leadership focused on delivering superior customer service. The manager is also accountable for the financial performance of the location, including inventory control and labor management.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years managerial or supervisory experience in quick lube or automotive business
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Full mobility including ability to twist, stoop, and bend
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of cash handling and safety policies
- Willingness to work as part of a customer-focused team

Job Duties
- Manage overall operation of service center including hiring, training, and disciplining employees
- Oversee customer service and maintain store inventories and housekeeping
- Achieve profit plan and ensure EH&S compliance and adherence to policies
- Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center
- Mentor, lead, and train team members for optimal development
- Perform and train others in automotive preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, and light and wiper inspections
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Provide superior customer service leadership
- Build trust and foster repeat, loyal customers
