The Service Center Manager role is integral to the ongoing success of each VIOC location under Ivy Lane Corp's management. The Service Center Manager will oversee every aspect of store operations including hiring, training, discipline, and customer service. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory control, managing labor costs, and ensuring financial targets are met. Emphasizing team development, managers mentor and coach employees to excel in their roles through hands-on training of automotive preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and general vehicle inspections. Job Requirements

- Two years managerial or supervisory experience in the quick lube or automotive business
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Full mobility with ability to twist, stoop, and bend

Job Duties
- Oversee overall operation of the service center including hiring, training, discipline, customer service, inventory management, housekeeping, achieving profit plans, and EH&S compliance
- Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize development
- Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and vehicle inspection
- Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and a safe, secure working environment
- Provide superior customer service leadership
- Build trust and encourage repeat, loyal customers
