Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years managerial or supervisory experience in the quick lube or automotive business
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility and safety control policies and practices
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Full mobility including the ability to twist, stoop and bend
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the overall operation of a service center including hiring, training, employee discipline, customer service, store inventories and housekeeping, achieving profit plans, ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and following company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center
- Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
- Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
- Maintain a clean, organized service center and ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Provide leadership in delivering superior customer service
- Build trust and ensure repeat, loyal customers
