Success in this role means being hands-on, engaging directly with team members and customers to provide solutions tailored to vehicle maintenance needs and building long-term loyalty. Your leadership will set the tone for a clean, organized, and welcoming service center that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience in the quick lube or automotive sector who is eager to take initiative and grow professionally within a supportive company that values internal promotion and invests in employee success.
