Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in a fast paced bar, high-end club or restaurant
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak and write English
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- Practice safe work habits
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Proficient in English for guest communication
- Ability to lift and transport items 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to team members
- Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and company liquor controls
- Set-up, ongoing maintenance and clean-up of workstation
- Ensure compliance with all product handling and inventory policies
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with TIPS training and company Alcohol Awareness Policy
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the venue
