Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No felony, theft or stealing convictions
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Recent experience as a bartender in a recognized establishment or completed six months as a TOGE Bar Back
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and cocktails
- Knowledge of Arizona Title 4 liquor law and TOGE alcohol regulations
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication in Basic English
- Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide courteous beverage service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following proper recipes and measurements
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with Title 4 Arizona liquor law and TOGE alcohol controls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and work station
- Train new team members and bar backs
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and promote casino offerings
