- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bartending or related customer service role
- thorough knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a clean work area
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
