The Service Bar position plays a vital role in our restaurant operations by taking and serving orders for food and beverages to guests as well as assisting waiters. This role is central to ensuring that each guest receives timely, friendly, and efficient service. The Service Bar attendant maintains a clean and safe work environment while always focusing on guest satisfaction. Whether serving guests dining in-house or fulfilling ToGo orders, the Service Bar team member must deliver consistent high-quality service and encourage positive guest engagement.

In this role, the Service Bar professional is responsible for upholding the restaurant's standards in every aspect of service — from ensuring that hot food remains hot and cold food stays cold to handling alcoholic beverage service responsibly and accurately taking orders. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including all food and beverage offerings, such as liquor, beer, wine, and retail products. The successful candidate will be someone who actively contributes to enhancing the guest experience through friendly communication, suggestive selling techniques, and by adhering strictly to safety and hygiene protocols. This position requires clear communication skills, the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Service Bar attendant is expected to contribute to the efficiency of the restaurant by looking for ways to consolidate service, increase table turns, and minimize waste and costs. They must also handle cash transactions responsibly, follow all cash handling policies, and consistently represent the restaurant with professionalism by arriving on time and in proper uniform. A commitment to teamwork, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment are fundamental components of this role.
