The Service Bar position plays a vital role in our restaurant operations by taking and serving orders for food and beverages to guests as well as assisting waiters. This role is central to ensuring that each guest receives timely, friendly, and efficient service. The Service Bar attendant maintains a clean and safe work environment while always focusing on guest satisfaction. Whether serving guests dining in-house or fulfilling ToGo orders, the Service Bar team member must deliver consistent high-quality service and encourage positive guest engagement.
In this role, the Service Bar professional is responsible for upholding the restaurant's standards in every aspect of service — from ensuring that hot food remains hot and cold food stays cold to handling alcoholic beverage service responsibly and accurately taking orders. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including all food and beverage offerings, such as liquor, beer, wine, and retail products. The successful candidate will be someone who actively contributes to enhancing the guest experience through friendly communication, suggestive selling techniques, and by adhering strictly to safety and hygiene protocols. This position requires clear communication skills, the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (may vary by state)
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
- Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
- Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all ToGo guests
- Must be able to carry food and beverages
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English
