Service Associate - Housekeeper

Reporting directly to the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, this position does not supervise other staff but does require a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. The primary duties include cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for move-in, maintaining daily cleanliness of community spaces such as the leasing office, clubhouse, models, exercise rooms, and laundry areas. The Apartment Housekeeper is also tasked with detailed cleaning activities such as vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning appliances inside and out, as well as polishing and dusting various surfaces and fixtures throughout the property.

In addition to thorough cleaning duties, the position demands knowledge of safely handling cleaning products and tools, compliance with safety procedures, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. The Apartment Housekeeper interacts with residents and team members, thereby playing a key role in fostering a positive community atmosphere. While no formal certifications or degrees are strictly required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred alongside some prior experience in apartment or institutional housekeeping for at least six months, although this role is designed to allow on-the-job learning. This is a position well suited for individuals who enjoy maintaining cleanliness, working independently and with a team, and engaging with the community in a friendly and professional manner.
