The B-Helpful Professional skillfully manages an in-store service hub, helping customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, processing simple returns, providing tourism information, and facilitating appointment bookings for various in-store services. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No experience required
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
Proficiency in using computers and other technology including handheld equipment and cash registers

Job Qualifications
