The Service Assistant role at Lucid presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop and advance their careers within the automotive industry. This full-time position, which may include weekend or extended hours during peak periods, plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the service department. Service Assistants work collaboratively with team members to maintain a seamless workflow, manage fluctuating priorities, and provide world-class customer service to internal and external clients. Responsibilities include driving customer and loaner vehicles, managing vehicle staging and parts delivery, and assisting technicians with basic repairs and vehicle inspections. Furthermore, this role supports key activities such as pre-delivery inspections, carrier preparation, vehicle handovers, and occasionally helping with the vehicle check-in process.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic automotive knowledge, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
