The Service Assistant role at Lucid is a vital position within the service team, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience and develop their career in the automotive sector. Service Assistants support both internal and external clients by providing a world-class customer experience in line with Lucid’s high standards. The position involves a variety of tasks, such as handling vehicle drives including dropping off and picking up customer vehicles or loaners, coordinating trips to service centers such as the Bodyshop, and conducting essential test charging at Electrify America stations.

Beyond customer interactions, Service Assistants also help prepare vehicles for delivery, assist technicians with basic repairs, and support the overall service department by performing duties like staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and managing internal logistics such as arranging ride services for vehicle moves. Due to the fast-paced nature of the automotive service environment, candidates must be highly adaptable, organized, able to multitask, and ready to work in extended hours, including weekends.
