Servco Subaru is looking to hire a Service Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with customers. The Service Assistant role is vital in ensuring a seamless and courteous automotive service experience by shuttling vehicles and customers within the dealership and servicing areas. This position requires reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a pay range of $19.49 to $21.06 per hour, ensuring competitive compensation for the role.

In this role, the Service Assistant helps maintain the safety and cleanliness of the service area, ensuring vehicles are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and ready for customer delivery. The assistant is also responsible for assisting automotive technicians with various tasks, including the proper disposal of waste oil and parts, enhancing operational efficiency. This position serves as a foundational step for those interested in growing their careers in automotive services, with advancement opportunities to roles such as Lube Specialist, Parts Assistant, or Diagnostic Specialist I. For those aspiring to the Diagnostic Specialist path, an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology is recommended.
