Key responsibilities include pre-bussing tables, refilling water and coffee glasses, bussing tables, and bringing guests fresh glasses of tea or soda. This position demands attention to detail, excellent timing, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. It is the Server Assistant’s job to be present at the right place at the right time, anticipating both guest and team member needs to maintain seamless service flow. This role is part-time, with required weekend and evening availability to align with peak dining hours.
