This company prides itself on maintaining a professional environment that ensures vehicles are presented in pristine condition on the lot and all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and efficiency. The dealership operates on a full-time and contract basis, offering a dynamic workplace known for fast-paced and engaging work days.
The role of Sales and Service Porter within this dealership is pivotal to maintaining the presentation and organization of the vehicle inventory. This position involves receiving vehicles, moving them to designated areas on the lot, and maintaining their appearance in order to provide an attractive and orderly display for potential buyers. In addition, the Sales and Service Porter ensures the lot remains clean and vehicles remain undamaged, contributing to the overall appeal and reputation of the dealership.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple vehicles and keys simultaneously.
Alongside these roles, Car Wash Attendants play a critical part in the dealership’s presentation strategy by washing, polishing, and detailing vehicles both inside and out. Duties include applying soap solutions, scrapping loose dirt, cleaning tires, rinsing with hoses, drying, dusting, and vacuuming vehicle interiors. The attendants are also responsible for removing trash and thoroughly cleaning seats to ensure vehicles are showroom ready. This role demands physical stamina and attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Employees in these positions must be prepared to work outdoors continuously and frequently engage in physical activities such as moving in and out of vehicles, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and light lifting. The ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and effective communication with other dealership staff and customers is essential.
The dealership provides a supportive work environment offering benefits such as dental and health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling options, and employee discounts. The opportunity to work full-time or on contract with eight-hour shifts allows for a balanced work-life dynamic. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to ensure safe and compliant operation of dealership vehicles.
