Job Duties
- Effectively run the coffee shops during services and manage inventory as needed
- assist with hospitality events including preparing coffee
- serve in banquets including food serving, cleaning, and catering to execute events with excellence
- aid the team in running events by helping produce what is needed
- fill in for team members who are off or sick to ensure continuous service
- train volunteers in the coffee shop including taking orders, interacting with customers, and making drinks
