Work is conducted in a friendly environment emphasizing teamwork and customer satisfaction. Uniforms are provided, and there is a focus on maintaining a professional appearance.
At TBC, this position is more than a delivery job; it is a gateway to career growth and professional development in a company that values its employees and invests in their futures. The company provides extensive benefits, including competitive pay rates starting from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on location and experience, plus comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and generous paid time off. TBC supports its employees through programs such as employee assistance and offers opportunities for skill development and advancement. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, able to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate, and physically capable of handling freight loads that may require lifting of up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Additionally, candidates should have a clean and valid driver’s license, with more than a year of driving experience free from at-fault accidents, and be committed to abiding by all relevant laws and company standards. The position requires passing a pre-employment screening process as well.
Joining TBC means becoming part of a company that emphasizes strategic thinking, action orientation, innovation, collaboration, customer focus, talent development, accountability, engagement, clear communication, trust, and effective change management.
