This full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position offers a valuable opportunity to start a career, not just a job, within a respected international company. The role focuses on delivering products safely and professionally to customers while supporting warehouse inventory organization and maintenance. Expect to operate company vehicles such as box trucks within TBC’s policies and adhere to Department of Transportation regulations, including pre-determined route sequencing and hours of service requirements. The position also includes assisting with the loading and staging of trucks, handling cash or check payments when necessary, maintaining clean and secure vehicles and work areas, and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the company’s people-focused values.

The role requires not only driving skills but also the operation of various material handling equipment safely and efficiently. This position encourages candidates with a strong safety mindset, experience in delivery or operation of box trucks, and a clean driving record. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, able to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate, and physically capable of handling freight loads that may require lifting of up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Additionally, candidates should have a clean and valid driver’s license, with more than a year of driving experience free from at-fault accidents, and be committed to abiding by all relevant laws and company standards. The position requires passing a pre-employment screening process as well.
