This esteemed company places a strong emphasis on creating a professional environment where technicians and staff can not only perform their jobs but build meaningful careers that offer genuine opportunities for growth, recognition, and continued learning.
At Quality Truck Care Center, employees benefit from comprehensive advancement programs, continuous training, and a culture that fosters appreciation and respect for the skilled work carried out. From rapid accumulation of vacation and paid time off to extensive OEM training compensated by the employer, this company demonstrates its commitment to the long-term success and wellbeing of its team members.
The Warranty Administrator role at Quality Truck Care Center is integral to maintaining the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction that define the business. This position involves managing the preparation, submission, and tracking of warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer policies and criteria. It requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle work order documentation, warranty processing, coordinating parts management, and maintaining service records. The Warranty Administrator also collaborates closely with repair teams, service management, and customers to ensure warranties are correctly applied and claims are properly reimbursed.
This role requires a professional who is well-versed in vehicle warranty programs, OEM technical bulletins, factory recalls, and fleet maintenance protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive repair shop experience, preferably including supervisory or warranty administration roles, to provide confident handling of all warranty-related processes. Computer literacy is essential, particularly familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications, to generate reports and manage records efficiently.
As a valued member of the Quality Truck Care Center team, the Warranty Administrator will benefit from a supportive work environment that includes flexible schedules, comprehensive health and insurance plans, retirement contributions, and various employee development programs. The job also offers monthly bonuses, uniform provisions, financial planning opportunities, and tuition assistance, making it an attractive career option for those passionate about the trucking and heavy equipment industry. Additionally, the position may involve filling in for managerial duties and handling receptionist tasks, requiring adaptability and a team-focused attitude.
Employment at Quality Truck Care Center is full-time and offers competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications. With a focus on building careers rather than simply filling positions, the company provides an environment where skills are honed and individuals are empowered to achieve professional growth. If you have a strong background in warranty administration, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting the trucking industry, this role offers a rewarding and stable career pathway in a respected company.
