Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year's RV service experience preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and strong work ethic
- commitment to superior customer service
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- knowledge or willingness to learn company computer systems including Motility Systems2K
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds, reach above shoulders, handle solvents and chemicals safely
- ability to move RVs of various sizes

Job Duties
- Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
- verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers
- explaining provisions and exclusions
- develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
- calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- prepares repair orders
- handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV's status
