This group also includes Beechmont Ford, Mt. Orab Ford, and Mt. Orab CDJR, all of which are known for their commitment to customer satisfaction, high-quality service, and a strong community presence. Queen City Ford specializes in providing a wide range of automotive services, including new and used vehicle sales, repairs, and maintenance. The role of a Service Advisor at Queen City Ford is vital to the dealership's success, as it involves direct interaction with customers who bring their vehicles in for service. As the first point of contact in the service lane, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in creating an inviting and professional atmosphere. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the drive lane and manage the customer service experience in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner. Service Advisors are expected to have a strong knowledge of the products, inventory, and service schedules, enabling them to provide clear explanations of repair processes and schedule technician appointments accordingly. This role is perfect for individuals who have experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or the restaurant industry and are interested in transitioning into the automotive sector.

This full-time position offers a 10-hour shift schedule and requires a valid driver’s license. The Service Advisor should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage both customer needs and technician workflows effectively. The dealership values candidates who are friendly, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about delivering an excellent customer experience and growing within the automotive service industry. Queen City Ford provides paid training, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Employees can also take advantage of employee vehicle purchase plans, flexible work schedules, and discounts on products and services. By joining Queen City Ford, employees become a part of a family-owned business that emphasizes long-term job security and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career in automotive service and customer care in a reputable and expanding dealership group.
