Job Duties

  • Oversee flow of drive lane
  • ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
  • provide concierge support for all owner inquiries by phone or in person
  • ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
  • distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • communicate customers' needs to technicians effectively
  • coordinate with parts department to ensure proper parts are ordered and obtained for prompt repairs
