The role of Dining Room Server at Allen Harbor invites individuals who are passionate about providing superior customer service in a rewarding setting. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that Meridian Senior Living is known for. Dining Room Servers are responsible for ensuring residents and guests receive their meals promptly and courteously while offering a friendly and professional dining experience. The work schedule includes shifts starting at 7am and concluding by 7pm, accommodating both morning and evening availability. Additionally, the position offers an attractive sign-on bonus structure: a $600 bonus paid after 45 days for part-time workers who consistently work at least two 4-hour shifts weekly, and a $1,200 sign-on bonus for full-time employees paid in two installments beginning after 30 days of employment.
