The company prides itself on cherishing the unique gifts and complementary skills every team member brings, creating a work environment unlike any other. Their mission is centered on bringing generations together in the joy of living and everything it means to be human, fostering a home-like atmosphere where every individual feels valued and cared for. As a family caring for families, they strive to provide exceptional care and support, creating a unique and rewarding environment for both staff and residents.
The Worthington, a community within the Generations portfolio, is currently seeking dedicated waitstaff members to join their team. The role of waitstaff at The Worthington is crucial to delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The position offers part-time schedules for breakfast and lunch service, with weekend and holiday availability preferred, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours. The compensation details and employment type align with part-time roles, and the company supports growth and development through on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.
