Job Requirements
- Prior serving experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, including weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
- Reliable and attentive with a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Prior serving experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining required
- Bartending, wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and guest-first mindset
Job Duties
- Providing warm, professional, attentive guest service
- Learning and confidently communicating menu, wine, cocktail, and daily special details
- Serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Supporting a smooth guest experience from greeting through departure
- Completing side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
- Working collaboratively with FOH, BOH, management, and ownership
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the shift
