Job Description

The role we are offering is for experienced servers who are eager to bring their skills and enthusiasm to our highly regarded French bistro. We are looking for attentive, polished, and reliable individuals who excel in fast-paced, hospitality-driven environments. Ideal candidates will have a guest-focused mindset, ensuring that every customer feels valued and well-cared for throughout their dining experience. Bartending experience is a strong plus, as it adds versatility to the team and enhances the service provided to our discerning clientele. Servers at PHILIPPE French Bistro are responsible for providing warm, professional service, confidently communicating the details of our menu, wines, cocktails, and daily specials, and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently. The position involves supporting a seamless guest experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Servers will also be expected to complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned and work collaboratively with front of house and back of house teams, management, and ownership. We operate Tuesday through Sunday, with Tuesdays offering dinner service only, and require weekend availability. Our compensation package includes $15.16 per hour plus shared tips, and we provide paid sick leave in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Job Requirements

  • Prior serving experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, including weekend shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
  • Reliable and attentive with a guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Willingness to complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Prior serving experience in casual, upscale casual, or fine dining required
  • Bartending, wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization

Job Duties

  • Providing warm, professional, attentive guest service
  • Learning and confidently communicating menu, wine, cocktail, and daily special details
  • Serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting a smooth guest experience from greeting through departure
  • Completing side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
  • Working collaboratively with FOH, BOH, management, and ownership
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the shift
