Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate food and drink orders
  • ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated
  • transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately
  • double-check orders for accuracy before delivering to guests
  • maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
  • set and clear tables efficiently and keep the dining area clean and organized
