Job Duties

greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate food and drink orders
ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated
transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately
double-check orders for accuracy before delivering to guests
maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
set and clear tables efficiently and keep the dining area clean and organized
