The role of Server at Atria Senior Living presents an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the daily wellbeing and experience of senior residents. As a Server, you will be the frontline representative at dining services, providing attentive and courteous service to residents during meal times. This role involves setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, reviewing menus with residents, and helping new residents acclimate to dining at Atria. Your efforts will ensure that residents enjoy nutritious, delicious meals in a friendly and comfortable setting. Apart from meal service, you will assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and special events, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining facilities. On-the-job training is provided, meaning no prior experience is necessary, and new employees are paid while they learn.
