The role of Server at Sooner Station within the Discovery Management Group is a pivotal position designed to enhance the dining experience for residents and guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service. The Server contributes directly to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the community's dining operations by efficiently taking and serving meal and beverage orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role demands a strong attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and safety, and a willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Servers support daily dining functions, maintain a clean and organized dining environment, and assist with orientation and training of new servers when needed.

Position types available include full-time, part-time, and PRN (as needed) options at the location 2803 24th Ave NW, Norman, OK 73069. The rate of pay is determined based on experience. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and meal service quality for the senior living community, directly impacting the comfort and satisfaction of residents. The position also involves responsibilities such as adhering to food handling and sanitation procedures and performing opening and closing duties.
