Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years experience as a server preferred
- Knowledge of wine and cocktails preferred but willing to teach
- Experience with POS systems preferred but willing to teach
- Restaurant experience preferred but willing to train
- Great attitude and willingness to work hard
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Make menu and beverage recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately
