The Server position at Atria Senior Living plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents. This role involves setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and ensuring residents receive the highest level of customer service throughout their meals. Servers act as ambassadors of hospitality, helping new residents acclimate to the dining environment while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas. Job Duties

  • Set and clear tables
  • take residents' dining orders and provide customer service
  • review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining
  • assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of meals, banquets and special events
  • create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and residents
  • clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and dining equipment
