We are excited to announce openings for the position of Server within our dedicated dining services team. This role is integral to providing outstanding dining experiences to our residents, enhancing their daily lives through attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a Server at Atria Senior Living, you will be the friendly face that greets residents during meal times, assisting them with dining orders, setting and clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. This position offers on-the-job training, meaning no previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Servers at Atria play a crucial role in creating a family-like atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, helping familiarize new members with dining options and ensuring each meal is a pleasant and comfortable experience. Beyond daily meal service, you'll assist in the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals during banquets and special events, contributing to celebrations and community gatherings that enrich residents' lives.
