This particular role is for a Full-Time Server at Atria Senior Living, offering a competitive wage ranging from $15.69 per hour to $18.83 per hour based on prior experience and qualifications. As a Server at Atria, you will play an essential role in enhancing the dining experience for residents while working alongside a compassionate team dedicated to excellent service. Servers at Atria are responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking resident dining orders, and ensuring that each resident receives attentive and courteous service. You will be involved in reviewing menus with residents and helping new residents become comfortable with the dining services offered. Beyond meal service, the role includes assisting with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup during daily meals, banquets, and special events, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and equipment is also a vital part of your duties.
