Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of restaurant experience preferred but willing to train for the right candidate
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant service, 1-3 years preferred
- knowledge of wine and cocktails preferred
- familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Duties

- handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
