We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated server to join our growing team in a part-time capacity. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service within our fine dining environment. The server/wait staff position requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests while efficiently managing meal service and dining area upkeep. Scheduled for 12 to 15 hours per week, the shifts are set from 4 PM to 8 PM on Thursdays and Fridays, and from 10 AM to 2 PM on Sundays. The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time employment in a supportive, fast-paced workplace.

As a server at Canterbury Woods, you will assist in serving meals promptly and courteously, ensuring that residents receive their dining experience without delay. In addition to meal service, responsibilities include helping with daily or scheduled cleaning duties according to established policies, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. You will utilize a point-of-sale system to efficiently process orders, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. Working under general supervision, you will contribute to a smooth operation in a dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are essential.

Though no prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided, the ideal candidate should be capable of interacting tactfully and professionally with a diverse group of individuals, including staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
