Job Requirements
- Must be able to work part-time hours including weekends
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- Ability to follow established cleaning and service procedures
- Must possess tact and professionalism in interactions with residents and guests
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, and visitors
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a fine dining atmosphere
- Utilize a point-of-sale system to order and deliver menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- Work well under general supervision in a fast-paced environment
